About Me

I am currently an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Technion - Israel institute of technology, where I head the Biomechanical Interfaces group. Until 2020 I was a research scientist at the Biomechatronics group at MIT Media Lab. I hold a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion (2016). My research interests include human movement, musculoskeletal biomechanics, soft tissue biomechanics, and biomechanical design. My current research focuses on combined experimental and computational investigation of the mechanical interface between the residual limb of amputees and the prosthetic socket.
